Katherine Kampf is an abstract painter and retired art teacher from Chicago, IL. Her work uses vibrant color and organic forms to create intricate and entrancing works of art. Much of her inspiration comes from traditional art of ancient civilizations, which she imbues with her own graphic, modern aesthetic. Painting on surfaces such as large canvasses, wooden chairs, Christmas tree ornaments, and more, she is able to imprint any surface with her signature style regardless of size or form.
